Very comfortable and quite stylish. However, the zip came out and I never managed to put it back in- so that was that.

I bought the 7 in black (I'm 5'9") and they're nice looking boots, but they don't fit at all like they look in the picture, since they bunch at the zipper. My calves are not skinny, but they're not huge either, and so I'm a bit disappointed that they don't have a smooth line and that I'll never fit anything more than tights under them. They're a bit more clippity-cloppity than I expected, since the heels are very hard. But overall, they seem to be good quality for the price and I'm sure I'll get lots of wear out of them with skirts.

Warning-The sole is glued, not stitched!

They were very comfortable but only after few weeks the body came apart from the sole!
Very disappointed at Fly London and that was my last purchase from this brand.

I got this today and i absolutely love it. Quality, color is really good and delivery is so quick. However, I have return it mainly because it is too long for my petite frame. It would look stunning for tall girls.

I ordered the dark brown and what turned up was much closer to the colour of the dark brown suede. My calves are about 14" round and I wouldn't want the boots to be any tighter but the shoe size i found to be my normal size. The upper is a matte leather which will scuff up a bit with use. The delivery from Javari was also brilliant

These boots are fantastic. I am tall with an average calf and the shaft fits perfectly, I can even wear them over skinny jeans. Wonderful leather, quality work, perfect heel height. I am very happy with my new boots.

Very impressed with the super swift deliver from Javari, and am delighted about the boots. I have pretty narrow calf and they fit really well. Don't think that I'd be able to comfortably fit jeans in them, but good for leggings or tights.

these boots were great but did not suit my leg as they came right up to the knee - ok for anyone 5'7 or over I would say. Delivery unbelievable - ordered at 7.45 on friday night and they arrived saturday morning.

Love them, just what I wanted.

Hi, bought these about a month ago, the dark brown oil nubuck ones. Lucky to get a good offer. Great fit, very comfortable, lovely leather. Size 4 and 14 - 14 1/2" calf measurement both accurate. Lots of compliments.

I ordered the mushroom colour expecting them to come a yellow colour but there is nothing yellow about these boots, they are BROWN! In fact a nicer colour than the picture.
So comfy and a lovely fit. I usually take a size 6.5 - 7 but I ordered a size 6 and they are a great fit. Love these boots and a fantastic price!

When I got these boots, I loved them. They fit perfectly, were very confortable but after wearing them only a few times, I discovered that the leather came apart from the sole - it's not stitched in, just glued in! So they didn't last even a couple of weeks. I'd never worn them in rain or difficult terrain, just a few strolls in town! When you invest into a pair of boots, you expect they'd last you at least a few years! I had to return them and ask for a refund. They look lovely and look like they are made to last, but unfortunatelly, that was not my experience. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I know I won't risk it again - I do not recommend these boots.

Usually i love Flyboots/ shoes... but not these!!
Bought them in size 7 ( previous review said they were approx half size bigger than average)... But these were tight on me. Also, instead of being plain leather, the Brandy shade is nubuck, which i did not seee on description? I think picture is misleading. Also the colour is different than from picture... much darker in reality. The 'werathered' look ie dark places on boots looks weird in my opinion, and think they would be nightmare to keep clean... SAdly, being returned... Javari should say they are nubuck in description.

If you want a boot that is supremely comfortable, doesn't gape at the top, and gives your leg some curves then buy this boot!
I have just received the 'dark brown rug' version (ordered yesterday at a fantastic sale price) and I am thrilled to find a smart, springy-soled boot in a 6 that I will be able to wear all day, if I want, at work or for shopping. I agree with the previous reviewer who says that a calf size of 14" is about right (I'm 14 1/2) and the fit is snug. Brilliant value for money, excellent service, best buy this year!

On receipt of my Fly boots in Camel I have to say I was a tad disappointed as they were slightly longer in the leg than I had expected and although I have a very slim calf it took a bit of tugging to get the boots on over my favourite skinny's. So I did contemplate returning them. However I managed to pull them over a pair of cropped summer pants one Saturday,determined to head out for a walk to test their functionality during what is my favourite activity at the weekends!Well they scored 10 out of superlative 10 for comfort during the two hour ramble in my local park. Very glad I have held on to them, I know they are going to become a well worn old favourite. One point I'd like to mention, the leather does hold on to hand and nail marks rather easily so I'd like a recommendation for some protective polish to keep them looking as they do now!!! thanks for excellent delivery and a very well made pair of boots - especially recommended if you are graced with longer legs. These boots are lovely quality, I love them!! I bought the 'mona' at first which where very tight around the calf, reluctantly I had to send them back. I decided to try these but after reading so many reviews about fly boots being for the slimmer leg I thought I'd have to send them back aswell. They arrived and fit like a glove which I was delighted with as I love them!! I am an average size 10-12 with average size calfs. The benifit with these boots is they have an elasticated strip going right down the back so there is a bit of give in them. I am a size 5 which is the size I orderd, there is lots of room in the toe area but not too much to make them sloppy. Altogether a lovely lovely pair of boots which are a pleasure to wear, enjoy!! Id also like to mention the great service from javari, free next day delivery, fuss free returns and a huge selection of genuine sale items (it dosnt get any better than that)!!

wow, these boots were just what I have been after. They fit perfectly and are so comfortable. I previously ordered the mona fly boots but the sock was too tight around my calfs however these are perfect (I am a size 10 dress size) I have to say though these boots are definetly for people with slim calves as i wouldn't want the boots to be any tighter and i don't think i have fat calves!!
All in all, a fantastic boot
