We know how hard it is to wait when you buy something online, so all of the items we sell will be dispatched fast and FREE to customers within the UK, with One-Day Delivery for most items.

Currently we are not able to deliver FREE One-Day delivery outside of the EU. There are no Sunday deliveries. Regional holidays count as national holidays and both are exempt from One-Day delivery calculations. In the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Javari.co.uk, packages will be delivered as fast as possible. Javari.co.uk reserves the right to change or discontinue FREE UK One-Day Delivery or other promotions at its discretion.

Occasionally there may be times when something outside of our control prevents us from delivering as planned, so please review the information below.

Will I always get my order within one day if I am ordering for delivery to the UK?

Our FREE UK One-Day Delivery promise applies to most items that are to be delivered to UK delivery addresses. Some items will require additional transit time however. In these cases, your order will be dispatched via FREE Priority Express and will be delivered in 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Saturday) within the UK. Please review your order confirmation which will state if your order will require additional transit time. Areas that may require additional transit time are portions of Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isles (including Shetlands, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey), Cornwall, Northumberland, PO Boxes and BFPO addresses.

The clock on the Web site indicates the time by which you must make your purchase in order to receive your item for One-Day Delivery. When making your purchase please take into account that deliveries placed before a weekend or holiday may not arrive until the next business day. For example, an order placed on a Friday after our delivery cut-off may not arrive until the following Tuesday.

A signature may be required for some deliveries. If this is the case, an attempted delivery on the delivery date meets our delivery promise. For your order to qualify for our delivery promise, your credit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the product detail page. If this is the case, an attempted delivery on the delivery date meets our delivery promise.

During the checkout process, if for any reason your items no longer qualify for One-Day Delivery (for example, if the order deadline passes or if inventory runs out), items may not be delivered on promised date. Please review your order confirmation e-mail for details.

Can I place an order if I live outside the UK?

For our EU customers outside the UK, we are pleased to offer FREE Standard Delivery to all European Union countries. Delivery times to each country will vary. For information on delivery estimates for EU customers, please visit our Delivery Estimates Help page.

For our customers outside the EU, we offer Priority Express Delivery. This is a flat rate cost of 20 GBP per delivery.
