You can submit reviews for any product listed on Javari.co.uk to help other customers make purchase decisions.

To create a review, bring up the detail page of the item in the catalogue and click on the link to "write a review." Please note that we require all reviewers to have a password-protected Javari.co.uk account. If you do not yet have an account with us, you will be given the opportunity to create one when submitting your review. Your review will appear on the detail page a few days after we receive it. This brief delay allows us to peruse submissions for inappropriate content before they are posted.

When you submit your first review you will be prompted to Create a Reviewer Name. This reviewer name will be posted on your review and all future reviews that you submit.

Review guidelines

The recommended length is 75 to 300 words.

Your comments should focus on the product. The best reviews include not only whether you liked or disliked a product, but also why. Feel free to mention other products that you consider similar and how this product rates in comparison to them. Comments that are not specific to the product or that violate our guidelines in any way may be removed from the Javari.co.uk Web site . Please limit yourself to one comment per item.

Javari.co.uk wants to know about your product safety issues. If you have safety concerns about the product you are reviewing, please e-mail us at product-safety-javari-uk@amazon.com. Please make sure to include all information about the product (product title, the Javari.co.uk item number, any manufacturer information) and the details of the incident.

Javari.co.uk is proud to provide this forum for you to air your opinions on your favourite (or not-so-favourite) products. While we appreciate your time and comments, and while we want you to be heard, please note that we cannot post:

• Comments on other reviews or features visible on the page.
• Notification that our catalogue has typos in it. If you'd like to tell us about a specific problem, please e-mail us.
• Profanity, obscenities, or spiteful remarks.
• Single-word reviews. We want to know why you liked or disliked the product.
• Phone numbers, addresses or URLs.
• Price, or alternative ordering or delivery information.
• Reviews submitted by, or on behalf of, companies or websites.
• Reviews that are not your own original work or have been previously published elsewhere.
• Advertisements or promotional material for other films, artists or websites.
• Remarks that repeat criminal accusations.
• Content which might be considered defamatory, blasphemous, racist or incendiary.
• Sexually explicit or sexually gratuitous comments.

Any review in violation of these guidelines might not be posted or might be removed from the Javari.co.uk Web site at any time. Note that we may remove or refuse to post any customer review we consider inappropriate to our forum.

Do I have to buy the item from Javari.co.uk?

No. It doesn't matter where an item was purchased, or if it was a gift, or if you just borrowed it for a weekend. If you feel moved to write a review of an item, and you are a registered Javari.co.uk customer, you are welcome to write a review.

Anonymous reviews

In order to ensure the integrity of our customer reviews, Javari does not allow anonymous reviews.

How do I remove my own review?

If you would like to have your review removed from the website, please contact us and provide the name of the item and the title of the review.
