Delivery Estimates

Javari.co.uk offers free delivery to all domestic addresses. Most items are delivered via one-day delivery. Some areas will require additional transit time.

While we can’t promise free, one-day delivery to international customers, we will make every effort to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Click here for information on international delivery.

Will I always get my order within one day if I am ordering for delivery to the UK? 
The clock on the Web site indicates the time by which you must make your purchase in order to receive your item for One-Day Delivery. When making your purchase please take into account that deliveries placed before a weekend or holiday may not arrive until the next business day. For example, an order placed on a Friday after our delivery cut-off may not arrive until the following Tuesday.

Please review your order confirmation which will state if you are in an area which requires additional transit time. Orders must be delivered to an address within the United Kingdom. A signature may be required for some deliveries. If this is the case, an attempted delivery on the delivery date meets our delivery promise. For your order to qualify for our delivery promise, your credit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the product detail page.

During the checkout process, if for any reason your items no longer qualify for One-Day Delivery (for example, if the order deadline passes or if inventory runs out), items may not be delivered on promised date. Please review your Order Confirmation e-mail for details.

Currently we are not able to ship to countries outside of the EU. Click here for information on delivery to EU countries outside of the UK. In the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Javari.co.uk, packages will be delivered as fast as possible, but may not occur within one day. Javari.co.uk reserves the right to change or discontinue FREE One-Day Delivery or other promotions at its discretion.

How much does delivery cost?
Javari.co.uk offers FREE delivery on all orders delivered within the UK. We cannot currently offer this service to our international customers. Click here for information on international delivery rates.

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?
You can check the tracking information available in My Account by clicking "View orders" and selecting the appropriate order listed.

Please check this information and read through the following options:
• If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbours or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbours, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
• If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
• If you cannot locate the package and it hasn't been returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us.
• In some cases orders delivered within the UK may take 1-3 days for arrival -- please review your order confirmation which will state if you are in an area which requires additional transit time. Click here for information on international delivery.
