Updating Delivery and Billing Information for Your Order

It's easy to revise delivery and billing information for an order you placed with Javari.co.uk, as long as the order has not yet entered the dispatch process.

Go to the My Account page and click on the "View orders" link. Click on the order for which you would like to update the billing or delivery information. From here, you can change your delivery address, payment method and billing address by clicking the Edit button next to the relevant listing. For security reasons, when you change your delivery address you will need to re-enter your credit card number.

If an order is marked as "Dispatching Soon," this means it is being prepared for dispatch and cannot be changed by you or by our customer service department. If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will need to place a new order
