Canceling an Item from an Order

You can cancel your order for any item sold by Javari.co.uk, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process.

Visit the "View orders" section of My Account. Next to the order which contains the item you wish to cancel, click the "Modify Order" button. If the order has not yet entered the dispatch process you will be given the option to edit the order. To cancel an item, click the button labeled "Need to change an item?" On the following page you can cancel the item from the order.
