Tracking Your Package
Once your order has dispatched, you may be able to track your package in
My Account by clicking
on the "View orders" link and then selecting the order for which you
would like to track. The delivery method and carrier for your package
will be listed in My Account and in your dispatch confirmation e-mail.

is not required. If you are not at home when La Poste attempts to
deliver the package, it will be held to the post office where it will
be held for 15 calendar days.If the tracking status is unclear and
there has been no delivery attempt or notification within your
Estimated Delivery Date please contact La Poste Customer Service (in
