How do I receive a refund under your price guarantee?

Javari.co.uk is your destination for great styles, super prices, and fast delivery. We're working hard to make sure our prices are the best around, but if you find another site that offers a lower price within two weeks after the date we dispatch your order, contact us and we'll credit your original payment method for 100% of the difference. And if we lower the price on our own site within 14 days of the dispatch date, we'll refund you 100% of the difference as well.

How will my refund be paid?

All refunds are credited to your original payment method, such as your payment card or gift certificate. It’s not possible for us to refund your order to an alternative payment method.

Where can I view my refunds?

You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in My Account.

When will I receive a refund for my return?

We'll send you an e-mail confirmation when the returns department issues a refund for your return. In most cases, we'll issue a refund within 7-14 days of our receiving the item.  If you haven't received any notification of a refund 4 weeks from the date you sent in the return, please contact us.

How do I get a refund for return postage?

If your order was delivered to an address within the UK, we’ll pay the return delivery costs. If the item that you are returning does not have a pre-paid label and requires you to pay for return delivery, your return postage will be automatically refunded when we receive your return.

If your order was delivered to an address outside of the UK, you'll need to pay the return postage unless the return is the result of our error. If the return is the result of our error, please contact us and we’ll issue you with a refund. Please note that we may request a copy of your return postage receipt.

What is a credit note?

The credit note e-mail you receive is a detailed confirmation of the refund we've processed for the return of your order. The refund itself will be credited back to your original payment method following processing of the goods you have returned. The credit note is the detailed breakdown of this refund showing Item Returned, Delivery Costs and associated VAT for each item and should be retained for your own accounting purposes.

It’s not possible to redeem or use the credit note number from this credit note towards an order.

Why have I received a partial refund?

Any item that is returned but does not follow our return condition guidelines may receive a partial refund. This includes items not in new condition, damaged, missing accessories or not returned in the condition in which they were received originally.

I received a discount/promotion on my order, how will this affect my refund?

Any order-level discounts you received will be distributed proportionately across multiple items. If you return one item from a multi-item order, you will be credited the item's price (as well as any VAT). The proportionate amount of the order discount will be deducted from the price.
