Javari.co.uk is your destination for great styles, super prices, and fast delivery. We're working hard to make sure our prices are the best around, but if you find another site that offers a lower price within two weeks after the date we dispatch your order, let us know and we'll credit your original payment method for 100% of the difference. And if we lower the price on our own site within 14 days of the shipment date, we'll refund you 100% of the difference as well. Please see the Fine Print for more details.

Refunds for Returns
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in My Account. If the return and refund do not appear in My Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance. Keep in mind that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who gave the gift will receive the refund. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

How Refunds Are Calculated
Items that are returned due to our error: Damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise will receive a full refund if items meet our returns guidelines.

If you used a postage-paid return mailing label: If you used a mail label printed from our Web site or used a pre-paid label sent by Customer Service, return delivery is free if you are returning items that were delivered to a UK address. No charge will be deducted from your refund. If you paid for return delivery, you will be refunded for this charge. Please note that while we do offer free return delivery to our customers in the UK, we cannot currently offer this service to our international customers.

Order-level discounts: Order-level discounts will be distributed proportionately across multiple items. If you return one item from a multi-item order, you will be credited the item's price (as well as any VAT). The proportionate amount of the order discount will be deducted from the price.

Items that do not meet return guidelines: Any item that is returned but does not follow our return guidelines may receive a partial refund. This includes items not in new condition, damaged, missing accessories or not returned in the condition in which they were received originally.
